Dulse & Rugosa's Weed & Shrooms Soap starts with a tea blended from sugar kelp, roses petals and rosehips, plus resihi, birch polypore and chaga mushrooms. Then they add handcrafted infused oils of castor, olive and sweet almond along with coconut oil to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized (Palm oil free). Lastly, they add in finely chopped pieces of dulse seaweed and blend of five mushrooms (reishi, birch polypore, chagga, and oyster) for a bit of gentle exfoliation.

This is one of our favorite body soaps because it's gentle, powerful and wonderful for all skin types. It also has a super cute label and is a wonderful gift for that hard-to-buy-for person in your life.

About The Maker

Dulse & Rugosa is the mother-daughter team of Claire and Carly Weinberg. They founded their company in 2012 as a way to spread the wonder of Maine's oceans, and especially seaweed, with everyone.

Their products start on Gotts Island, a tiny speck off the coast of Acadia National Park in Maine. There, on their small farm or along the rocky shores, Claire and Carly hand pick each flower, leaf and piece of seaweed. After solar drying, these ingredients then become handcrafted soaps, lotions, scrubs and oils.
