About the authors: Richard Hood and Nick Moyle are founders of the award-winning website www.twothirstygardeners.co.uk, which chronicles their adventures turning what they grow and forage into drinks. They are the authors of the craft-beer book Brew It Yourself, and have been featured on specialist gardening radio shows and are regular contributors to publications such as the Independent and Reader's Digest.
